What's Your Tagline for Intimacy

Today I come from what's ALIVE in me at this very moment--bringing Intimacy to our relationship.

I've been immersed in all the goodness of The SHINE Expansive and now am about to dash off to my 3-year old's preschool orientation. I know I'm in good company with all the Mamas & Entrepreneurs who are juggling, transitioning, and showing up to each moment as present as we can. 

Recently I was called on stage to join Singer-Songwriter Asher Leigh who loves to ask deep questions. So before turning over the mic she says, "Jessica, what's your take on authentic relationships? What's your tagline for Intimacy?"

Oh Nelly! I did not have an answer. So that's exactly what I told the audience. And then I said, "Let's find our tagline for intimacy together." I dove right into an improvised spoken word piece that started with the word Intimacy and wound its way to surprising all of us as I landed on our tagline with the last line...

"Into Me See"

Many came up to me afterwards asking if I planned to say this tagline at the end. I said, "No Way! I found it at the same time that you did!"

What occurs to me as a human, a wife, a mother, a daughter, a sister, a friend, an entrepreneur, a neighbor, is that our relationships can only be authentic and meaningful if we let others see who we truly are.

Since I am always aspiring to let you see me as I truly am... Into Me See.
