1. In any moment that you feel challenged, pause to write down the challenge you face at the top of a blank piece of paper.
2. Then create a line down the center of the paper, labeling the left column FEAR and the right column LOVE.
3. In the left column, take a minute to recognize and compassionately write the Fears that underlie this challenge.
4. After breathing with the fears in full presence, call in Unconditional Love from your higher power and your higher self. Let this Love fill and radiate from your being, especially your heart. Recognize the Love that you are. Breathe this Love in and out of your heart.
5. Aligned with Love, see this challenge with fresh eyes and loving heart. Notice what dissolves. Notice what resolves. Notice what you see now. Notice the way through.
6. Conclude your practice by anchoring what Love showed you, completing this statement with your truth. "When I align with Love, I see the resolution to this challenge is. . ."
7. Follow through with any loving actions that are now clearly illuminated in order to experience full resolution.
