Each year I choose a new word of the year that acts as a catalyst for my next evolution. My 2018 word of the year, chosen on January 1st, was "Guided" and it completely transformed me and the way I do business.

~ I transferred my retirement investment accounts from a traditional financial advisor to a conscious investment firm that only invests in socially and environmentally responsible companies. This feels like a big leap in bringing my money into alignment with my values.
~ I switched cleaning companies--letting go of one that embodied negativity while cleaning and hiring one that brings positive energy into the home each time she cleans.
~I re-aligned the Spark Team, parting ways with a member who was not aligned with our mission of shifting the world from fear to love, one liberated leader at a time. And I'm now hiring a new team member who can move this mission forward powerfully with her unique skills.
~ I turned my house inside out and upside down, giving away any household items and furnishings that do not bring me Joy and feel aligned with the qualities I embody.
~ I re-organized my closet, letting go of any clothing that doesn't feel enlivening and empowering to wear.
~ I assessed each program I offer in my business to find anything misaligned so I can take any needed actions to bring that program into alignment with how my soul wants to express itself and offer its gifts.
~I completed my participation in lower-cost group coaching programs and stretched to invest in the highest quality of personalized business coaching support that I am ready to receive as I step into my next level of leadership this year.
